Dashboards is a module within Terrand. It allows you to dynamically view all key, traceable information about processes and activities within the system. Users can create customized dashboards to monitor metrics and gain relevant insights.

Creating a New Dashboard
To create a new Dashboard, access the module through the left-hand menu. This will take you to the dashboards screen. Select the "+ New Dashboard" button. Complete the following information:
- Name: Define a descriptive name for the dashboard.
- Chart Types: Select the charts you want to display on the dashboard. You can drag and drop the charts to suit your needs.
Save the configuration to generate the Dashboard.
Available Chart Types
Dashboards can include different types of charts to represent data clearly and effectively. The available options are detailed below:
- Content: Allows you to add static text to the Dashboard.
- Creator User Ranking: A bar chart showing the ranking of users with the highest number of created processes.
- Assigned, Pending Assignment, and Overdue: Shows the distribution of processes by status.
- Status: A pie chart representing the overall status of the processes.
- Number of Processes per Site/Asset: A bar chart indicating the number of processes assigned to each site or asset.
- Total Number of Pending Processes: Shows the total number of processes not yet completed.
- Total Number of Processes: Indicates the total number of processes registered in the system.
- Completer User Ranking: Sorts users based on the number of processes they have completed.
- Type of Created Processes: Allows you to view the distribution of the different types of generated processes.
- Actions, Corrective Actions, and Nonconformities: Shows the number of each type of action registered in the system.
- Total Number of Rejected Processes: Indicates how many processes have been rejected.
- Human Body: Visual representation of processes related to human anatomy.
- Human Body List: Shows a detailed breakdown of the data related to the previous graph.
- Pyramid: Pyramid-shaped representation of key data.
