Additional Business Information
After completing the crucial fields for defining the business, we find two more sections where we can configure the following:
Departments
In this section, we can create all the departments we consider necessary. From the "Create Department" button, we can enter the name and save the department. We can then delete or modify the names.
User Upload Data
Identifier: Within this alphanumeric field, you should write what the business will use to distinguish users. Since people have an ID, users can have a "File" or an ID as well.
Custom Fields: If the default fields provided by Terrand when creating Users are insufficient, from the "+ Custom Field" button, we will see the option to select the data type of the custom field we want to add. These data types are Alphanumeric, Date, Options, and Paragraph. After selecting the data type, a name is assigned to the field, which can be viewed in the user settings.
