What Is the “Teams” Module and How Is It Configured?
This article provides an explanation of the Teams module in Terrand.
Introduction
The Teams module is located in the left-hand menu under Settings (accompanied by the gear icon).
After selecting it, you’ll access the Teams list. Similar to other lists such as Users or Sites, the screen displays each configured team in rows. You’ll see each team’s name and can take actions on them.
Actions

View Details (Blue eye icon) – Opens the team detail screen, where you’ll find a list of users belonging to that team.
To add users, click the “+ Add User” button above the list. A form will appear with a dropdown to select the people you want to add.
Users can be removed from the team using the red trash can icon. -
Edit (Purple pencil icon) – Allows you to edit the team’s name.

Delete (Red trash can icon) – Deletes the team.
Creating a Team
To create a new team, click the “+ New Team” button to open the New Team form.
Enter the team name and then either click:

“Save and continue” to stay on the form, or
-
“Save” to return to the list.
Import
As with the Users module, there's also an Import option available.
