Introduction
To configure Assets, first access the Assets screen. After logging into Terrand, navigate to the left-hand column of the screen. In the vertical menu, find "Settings" (Gear Icon) and select "Assets" from the drop-down menu.

Overview of the Assets Screen
Once inside, the screen is divided into two sections:
Left Section: Asset List
Displays all Assets created within the business, divided into "Active" and "Disabled" categories.
You can filter and search using a text input field.
The list shows:
- Code
- Site Type
- Name
- Access to View
- Access to Edit
- Access to Disable
From the Access to View option, you can see the details of an asset, which include:
- Image and/or File
- Parent Site Structure (if applicable)
- Name and Code
- Custom Fields
- QR Code
- Associated External Emails
- List of Created Processes (with access to their details)
From the Access to Edit option, you can directly access the editing menu to modify the asset.
Right Section: Asset Structure Menu
Displays all asset types in a hierarchical structure.
Light blue indicates the highest-level asset in a structure.
"Inactive Assets" can be displayed by selecting "Show Inactive."
Assets can be edited or disabled from this menu.
