Step-by-Step Instructions on the Web 

Starting a New Process

  1. Access the Processes Module:
    • From the homepage, use the "New Process" button.
    • Alternatively, go to the sidebar menu, expand the "Processes" module, and select "Start."
  2. Select the Process to Start:
    • A screen will appear displaying all the processes you are authorized to start.
    • Remember, this permission depends on being assigned as an executor or part of a team responsible for the first stage of the process.
  3. Choose the Process:
    • Select the desired process from the list.
  4. Configure the Execution:
    • Choose the workflow through which the process will be executed.
    • Define the structural element (site or asset) to which the process will be applied.
  5. Start the Process:
    • Click "Next" to proceed.
  6. Complete the Required Fields:
    • Complete the required fields in the first stage of the process according to its configuration.
  7. Save or Cancel:
    • Click "Save" to confirm the process creation.
    • If you choose not to proceed, use the "Cancel" button. This action will not initiate the process.

Continuing a Process in Progress

  1. Access the Process Start Point:
    • From the homepage, go to the processes list and select "View All" to see all pending processes.
    • You can also navigate to the "Processes" module and access the "Pending" submodule.
  2. Select the Process to Continue:
    • Identify the pending process in the list and use the "→" button in the actions column to open it.
  3. View and Complete the Stage:
    • Review the process information, including responses loaded in previous stages (stages framed in green).
    • Complete the current stage (framed in blue) with the required data.
  4. Save or Cancel:
    • Click "Save" to advance the process.
    • If you decide to reject the process, use the "Cancel" command, providing a reason in the mandatory field. This will halt the configured workflow.

Step-by-Step Instructions on the Mobile App 

Starting a New Process from the App

  1. Access the New Process Button:
    • In the app, tap the "+" button located at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the Process to Start:
    • Choose the desired process from the available list.
  3. Configure the Execution:
    • Define the workflow for execution.
    • Select the site or asset to which the process will be applied.
  4. Start the Process:
    • Tap "Next" to proceed.
  5. Complete the Required Fields:
    • Complete the required fields in the first stage of the process.
  6. Save or Cancel:
    • Use the "Save" button to confirm the creation of the process.
    • If you decide not to proceed, tap "Cancel" to abort the process initiation.

Continuing a Process in Progress from the App

  1. Access the Process Start Point:
    • Go to the processes list from the homepage and tap "View All" to see pending processes.
    • You can also access the "Pending" button to find your processes.
  2. Select the Process to Continue:
    • Identify and select the process from the available list.
  3. View and Complete the Stage:
    • Review the process information, including responses from previous stages (stages framed in gray).
    • Complete the fields in the current stage (framed in blue) as required.
  4. Save or Cancel:
    • Tap "Save" to advance the process.
    • If you choose to reject the process, use the "Cancel" command, providing the reason in the mandatory field.
