Introduction to Processes Module
This article will present the Processes module, trying to provide a general overview of it.
Introduction
The Processes module within Terrand is your gateway to digitizing, creating, customizing, and managing your company's operational workflows in a simple and efficient way. With the ability to define stages, assign responsibilities, and set specific parameters, you can tailor each process to your business needs, improving both organization and operational performance.
Below, we outline the key steps to effectively configure a process:
Sub-Modules
When selecting the “Processes” item from the left-hand menu, a dropdown menu will appear with the following options, which can be understood as submodules:
- Start - This will take you to a screen with a list of all the processes you are assigned to and can start.
- Pending - This will display the pending screen, where you can find all the pending processes assigned to the user account being used.
- All - This is used to view a list of all the processes that have been executed, with access to their details.
- Configuration - This will take you to the list of processes. Here you will see all the processes that can be configured, as well as the option to configure a new one.
Process Configuration
When creating a new process — or editing an existing one (by clicking the purple pencil icon under the “Configuration” submodule, which stands for the “Edit” action) — you’ll find that the configuration is divided into four parts.
- Process Selection and Form are the first two steps and can be accessed via the corresponding hyperlink.
- Assignment and Frequency are the last two steps and can also be accessed via hyperlink.
